He partners with top research organizations as they embark on transformational initiatives, from identifying their strategy to operationalizing their solutions. Keith’s experience encompasses administrative process improvement, performance management, cost reimbursement strategy, and strategic planning, among other areas.
Having served academic organizations for more than 25 years, Keith has a comprehensive understanding of the challenges AMCs face as they navigate the transition to lower-cost structures across the tripartite mission. Working with top AMCs and research organizations, Keith has conducted full-scale transformation initiatives for multiple domestic and international organizations that focused on administrative improvement, strategy development, mission alignment, acquisition strategy, systems improvement, and cost takeout. He has also developed numerous research affiliation agreements in conjunction with academic affiliations and enhanced various technology business and economic development and transfer functions within AMCs and research universities.
